Do you operate across the UK?

Currently we operate all across England and Wales.

Do you really provide a free solicitor for the seller?

Yes, we provide a free solicitor for both of our services No Sale No Fee and Pay Upfront.

With the No Sale No Fee service, do we still get a free solicitor if we don’t sell it over the asking price?

Yes if we don’t sell it over the asking price you will still receive a free solicitor for the sale of your property.

Is there a lengthy contract that ties me in?

No, with our No Sale No Fee option we just request that you only commit to a 4 week period. With the Pay Upfront service you have purchased a maximum advertising term of 6 months but you are free to leave any time.
