You can choose from either our No Sale No Fee or our Fixed Upfront Fee service. Using our no sale no fee service simply means that we only charge a commission if we sell your property for more than the asking price. For our fixed upfront fee service, you just pay a one-off fee and we will advertise your property until it is sold.
